Number of teams
Amsterdamned 2010 will have 23 men's teams and 7 ladies teams.

Playing System
Men
The 23 teams will be split up in 5 groups (A - E). Group A, B, and C will consist of 5 teams per group and game time will be 2 x 15 minutes. Group D and E will consist of 4 teams per group and game time will be 2 x 17.5 minutes.

Sunday playoff games:
Quarterfinals
- 1st and 2nd ranked team in group A, B, and C will qualify for quarterfinals together with:
- 1st ranked team in group D and E.

9-12th place
- Best two 3rd ranked teams from group A, B, and C will play for 9-12th place together with:
- 2nd ranked teams in group D and E.

13-16th place
- Worst 3rd ranked team and best 4th ranked team from group A, B, and C will play for 13-16th place together with:
- 3rd ranked teams in group D and E.

17-20th place
- Worst two 4th ranked teams from group A, B, and C will play for 17-20th place together with:
- 4th ranked teams in group D and E.

21-23th place
- 5th place teams from group A, B, and C will play for place 21-23.

Ladies
There will be one group with 7 teams and the games will be 2 x 15 minutes. All teams will meet eachother and the top two will meet in the final on Sunday afternoon. The final will be 3 x 10 minutes. The team ending 3rd in the group face will get the bronze price.

Rules
The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules with the exception that there will be no team timeout in the group matches.

Fees
€ 240,- per team if paid before 20th of March
€ 270,- per team if paid later than 20th of March

Referees
Amsterdamned 2010 matches will be refereed by top level international referees.

Table duties
Since we only have a limited number of volunteers, all the teams need to help out with the table duties throughout the tournament.

Awards
The best 3 teams in Amsterdamned 2010 in both categories will receive a trophy.

Party/Barbeque
After the games on Saturday there will be a Barbeque for hungry and thirsty players.

Massage/physio therapy
During the tournament physio therapy students will be giving free (for a small tip) massage and help injured players.

Insurance
The participating teams/players are NOT insured by the organizers. General travel insurance is recommended for all participating players.

Floorball in AmsterdamAnother edition of Amsterdamned is here! Last year 23 mens and ladies teams from 7 countries spend a sunny weekend in Amsterdam while playing high level floorball games.

2010 will bring a tournament more exciting and fun than ever before. The most entertaining city in the world combined with high level floorball is a blend that cannot go wrong. A summer weekend with great floorball!

The tournament will be hosted by the Amsterdamned committee together with Floorball Club Amsterdam Agents. The weekend of 24-25th July will be the weekend to remember as teams from all over the world head to Amsterdam.
