On the 21st of June Cynthia, Eline, Veerle, Majken, Anna, Therese and me joined the DUZZ tournament. It's a real fun Swiss-style saturday full of floorball. Due to some last minute team changes we had no expectations what so ever, we were just going to see how it went. And it went well!

On the 21st of June Cynthia, Eline, Veerle, Majken, Anna, Therese and me joined the DUZZ tournament. It's a real fun Swiss-style saturday full of floorball. Due to some last minute team changes we had no expectations what so ever, we were just going to see how it went. And it went well!

None of our poule games were lost, there was just one difficult game against the Sonics that we tied. Then we had to wait for the semi-finals for over an hour, but we managed to stay awake playing Sevens, the most fun card game ever :). Zoopie was a good team, but they didn't stand a chance against our good and organized way of playing. We showed the crowd some beautiful combinations and won.

Then the final awaited. Although we were getting a bit tired (it was a long day!) and the crowd had for the greatest part gone home already to watch the soccer game, we were very motivated to win of course. And so we did! UFC Groningen was the most difficult opponent of the whole tournament for us, because they play very dynamic. But our organization lasted and we managed to score 2 goals. We won!!! To bad the Dutch soccer players couldn't follow our example...
